Strive to know yourself. A love that is so profound that it
dares to see the truth of what you really are, in all your forms and
expressions. The good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful. Remembering always
that which we are, eternal standing waves of light and sound, allow that truth
to hold you as you dive deep into all aspects that need healing. Seek like
there is no other mission to find the dirty places. And then, once you have
found them, once you have brought the light into the dark closet, stay for a while.
It is scary at first in that dark room, but eventually that small light grows
brighter and the smallness and darkness begins to feel comfortable. We can only
find comfort in the things that we don’t like by spending time with them, and
eventually becoming comfortable with them.
And finally, once we reach a sense of relative comfort in
this place, we can then begin to speak. Our throats hearts and minds begin to
open. We can begin to talk and express from the fear of what we are
experiencing. And when we express from this place, the whole room begins to
fade, like a dream that never came true. For the truth of our own sincerity is
welling forth a fountain that yearns the ear of the cosmos. And so we begin to
speak from the pain and allow for it to exist and then the container that we
create begins to hold this pain with great comfort.
The container that we create begins to say, there is enough
room, there is enough space, there is enough love to hold your fear, your pain.
And the walls come crumbling down in an expansive starbust of self love and
acknowledgement. That small light in the closet emerges as a sun that radiates
at infinite intervals of sound and light, the very dream that you came here to
fulfill in the first place. The time vector shifts and we are born anew, with a
grace, eloquence, patience and humility that holds a spectrum of utmost
enlightenment.
We are here now to face the fears of our very own demise,
for when we find the truth, our demise transforms into our very own cosmic eternity.
Find comfort in the fear dear Ones. Find comfort in the fear.
